At Skillplan Consultant LLP, we serve as an official Tally Xcelerator support partner, working exclusively with existing Tally Partners in Chennai. Our sole focus is on enabling the success of partners who are part of the Tally ecosystem. As a Tally Xcelerator, our role is to work closely with the partners to help their business become more structured, productive, and growth-ready.
🔹 What We Do as a Tally Xcelerator
Our responsibility is to support the business enablement and operational development of existing Tally partners. This includes:

Define internal roles for sales, support, delivery, and back-office

Assist in team building and identifying capability gaps

Help build a hierarchy that supports scalable service delivery

Guide partners in setting realistic quarterly and annual targets

Help track business performance through measurable KPIs

Offer strategic inputs for revenue diversification (e.g., AMCs, trainings)

Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for daily operations

Set up systems for lead follow-up, project execution, and AMC renewals

Recommend tools (CRM, task managers, trackers) to support visibility and efficiency

Conduct soft skills and communication training

Support technical resource enablement (partner-coordinated)

Improve customer engagement through better service delivery standards

Facilitate structured business reviews with partner owners

Identify improvement areas in people, processes, and pipeline

Share industry benchmarks and best practices (non-competing)
